Patrick co-founded CommerzVentures in 2014. He is engaged with portfolio companies including iwoca, Getsafe, PayKey, Bankin’, realbest, OpenLegacy, Bought By Many, and omni:us.
Prior to CommerzVentures he led Deutsche Telekom’s VC unit T-Venture, helped Allianz build their former corporate VC unit Allianz Venture Partners, and worked for Deutsche Bank and PwC in M&A and Technology.
Patrick is looking to invest into companies with a clear articulated unique selling proposition, led by founders with entrepreneurial passion and strong execution skills.
He studied Business Administration at the University of Cologne, rounded by a US MBA. Besides work, he is a passionate traveller and loves football.
